
Inventoried Assets Director

As a National Inventory Management Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of inventory across Australia and New Zealand. This strategic position involves overseeing national programs, developing people, partnering across functions, and driving operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in team leadership, inventory control, and compliance. You will be working closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external auditors to build trust and ensure governance frameworks are airtight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of 6, creating an environment where people thrive and develop.
- Be the go-to expert for inventory control and compliance, overseeing national programs across distribution centres, kit rooms, and consignment locations.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to build trust and ensure governance frameworks are robust.
- Champion continuous improvement, scalability, and accuracy across all inventory processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in leading and developing teams, with a clear passion for people management and coaching.
- A track record of building positive, high-performance team cultures.
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
