Job Title: Program Scheduler

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Program Scheduler to join our team. As a Program Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambition to strengthen the building and construction industry by providing program scheduling expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review and administer schedules to coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects/programs.
  • Collaborate with Apprentice Supervisors and stakeholders to schedule QBuild apprentices to appropriate projects/maintenance tasks.
  • Develop detailed schedules that support the delivery of programs in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Develop and maintain a project/program of work status dashboard to provide detailed and accurate reporting on construction programs and resource utilization.
  • Consulting and coordinating with Delivery teams and other stakeholders as required to develop and regularly update detailed schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience and skills in program scheduling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
