Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Caregiver and Support Specialist to join our team at our Bendigo care home. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their health, well-being, and quality of life.
About the Role
The successful candidate will possess a Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be passionate about delivering world-class care and have a strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized care and support to residents, promoting their dignity, comfort, and well-being;
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Participating in resident assessments and developing personalized care plans;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in resident condition;
- Working collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
