Early Childhood Centre Operations Manager

The purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Early Education centres. The successful candidate will lead, guide and support a team of Directors in providing high quality education and care to children.

This position plays an important part in working in partnership with the Quality Assurance and Staffing teams to ensure that the centres are meeting all quality areas to a high standard.

You will be responsible for guiding, coaching and supporting the Centre Directors to excel in their roles, achieving operational business objectives and contributing to the preparation and management of operational budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory/management position, with proven best practice ability in administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training.

We are seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and has a strong understanding of WHS legislation, auditing and compliance.
