Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Source quality materials at competitive prices by negotiating with suppliers and analysing market trends.
  • Purchase Order Management: Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to maintain efficient inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and plan for restocking to avoid shortages, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and supplier performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimise procurement strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement regulations, upholding high standards of integrity and reliability.
