Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement process, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain excellent supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan for restocking to avoid shortages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
  • Analyse market trends and supplier performance for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
