Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, assisting in the delivery of holistic integrated mission in local communities across Australia.

This permanent full-time position involves working alongside the National Events Manager and internal clients to support diverse events from initial brief to final execution. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end assistance and coordination of multiple in-person and online divisional and national events.

The Role:

Your key duties will involve:

  • Coordinate events from initial brief to final execution
  • Assist in event logistics, venue management, catering, and operations
  • Work closely with the National Events Manager and internal clients
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience coordinating events
  • Tertiary qualifications in Event Management or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of event operations, logistics, venue management, and catering
  • Capacity to travel and work flexible schedule when needed
  • Advanced prioritisation, time management, and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills and experience in using technology
  • Current Blue Card and QLD Drivers Licence
  • Eligibility to Work in Australia
