Digital Optimisation and Insights Analyst

About this role

We're seeking an analytical professional to drive digital growth across various channels by producing timely performance reporting, analysis, and insights.

This role empowers product owners to be data-driven, surfacing actionable insights to improve user experience, channel effectiveness, conversion rates, and marketing campaign performance.

  • Identify customer pain points, pinpointing areas of high dropouts and dissatisfaction.
  • Analyse datasets to clean, summarise, and interpret data, providing valuable insights.
  • Translate business requirements into data needs in line with strategic objectives and available data attributes.
  • Provide trend analysis on internal and external performance metrics.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Develop and manage processes to prioritise optimisation opportunities and deliver end-to-end implementation.
  • Support the preparation of business cases and documents business requirements and specifications for benchmarking and tracking performance.

About You

You should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in tagging and data analyst tools such as Google Analytics, MS Suite, and the ability to learn other tools as required.

Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively convey your message to different audiences.

A strong proficiency in JavaScript is preferred, but not mandatory.

You will provide actionable recommendations and insights.

Previous experience in an analytical role, data analysis, interpretation, and deployment is a must.

SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS DI Studio, SAS Web Report Studio, Base SAS/SQL or effective equivalents are desired.

Ability to problem solve and work independently.

Advanced Microsoft Office user.
