- Proven experience in business analysis, process reengineering, and requirements gathering.">
- Strong background in Agile project management.">
- Experience in automation of finance processes.">
- Familiarity with RPA platforms and document processing tools.">
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
- Ability to lead hybrid teams effectively.">
- Knowledge of transactional finance processes.">
