About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Data-Driven Marketing Expert to join our organization in Melbourne. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making across marketing, encompassing Media & CRM.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and report on key marketing and CRM campaigns, providing insights on performance and effectiveness. You will also lead data analytics projects, guide and mentor junior team members, and support post-campaign analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

About You
  • You have deep expertise in SQL and a passion for diving into data to uncover hidden patterns.
  • You possess strong Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • You are a skilled data communicator and able to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling insights for any audience.
  • You have ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as autonomously.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for solving real-world problems.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are always looking for ways to improve, learn, and grow.
