Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As an expert in rehabilitation, you will work with ADF personnel who have suffered from injury, illness, or trauma.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for providing holistic care to your clients, taking a comprehensive approach to their rehabilitation. With onsite access to medical and treatment providers, you will be able to provide additional support to your clients as needed.

Your role will involve working closely with motivated clients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress and making any necessary adjustments to these plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Strong clinical reasoning nous
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Experience in conducting various clinical assessments
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
