Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our service team.

  • This role requires the successful applicant to hold a recognised trade certificate in electrical work.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking scheduled maintenance and repairs as required, responding and attending site outside normal working hours to undertake tasks on a rostered basis.

  • Maintain all company vehicles and equipment in good condition
  • Undertake operations and maintenance within the limits of training and authorisation including operation of high and low voltage systems
  • Ensure that each task is undertaken in a manner that ensures the safety of personnel, protects the environment and work methods are followed at all times
  • Undertake site inductions
  • Comply with occupational health and safety legislation and demonstrate commitment to accident prevention
  • Observe all work instructions, procedures, codes of practice, employer requirements and statutory rules and regulations
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Participate in safety meetings where required

  • Maintenance of wind turbines
  • Scheduled maintenance and reactive maintenance
  • Operation of HV/LV systems
  • Site induction and safety protocols
