Job Title:

We are seeking a Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the payment of invoices and manage our accounts payable operations.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of accounts payable function to ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and payments.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency within the accounts payable department.
  • Reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Supervision and mentoring of the accounts payable team to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Preparation and presentation of regular reports on accounts payable performance to senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience managing a team in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the industry.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
