As an Overnight Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness in our public areas. This includes cleaning all furniture, fixtures and fittings to ensure they are sparkling clean and well-maintained.

You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times. You will also be required to assist room attendants with their duties and respond promptly to guest requests.

One of the key requirements for this role is your ability to provide excellent customer service. You must be able to communicate effectively with guests, answer their queries and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be expected to maintain a high level of integrity and honesty in your work. You must be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

We are seeking someone who is a team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively as part of a team, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will need to have full Australian working rights and a proven track record of room servicing. They will also need to possess good communication skills, take pride in customer service and demonstrate honesty and reliability.
