  • Delivering exceptional cleaning services in public areas, toilets, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Understanding and delivering excellent customer service where client needs are met, and communication is valued.
  • Working collaboratively with others to achieve scheduled work on time.
  • Utilising cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment correctly and efficiently.
  • Identifying and reporting safety & maintenance issues and non-compliances promptly.
  • Completing accurate cleaning records and training requirements.
