Our culture is built on excellence, innovation, and heartfelt service. We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Public Area Attendant** to join our Sydney team.

As a **Public Area Attendant**, you will be responsible for ensuring that all public spaces in our property — including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other common areas — are clean, well-maintained, and present a welcoming environment for our guests. You'll play a vital role in upholding the standards of Infinity Hospitality and ensuring that every guest's first impression is exceptional.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other communal spaces.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently throughout the shift.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissues in public restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate departments.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service when approached.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
