Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination and execution of repair and maintenance works across our national network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance activities, including job status, contractor performance, and key issues.
  • Review, scope, and finalize works to prioritize, schedule, and book reported issues received across teams.
  • Assess safety risks of issues raised and coordinate site closures for high-risk items while escalating to management.
  • Ensure issues arising from hazards are fully resolved and formally closed.
  • Implement work order documentation processes ensuring consistency across scopes of work, contractor submissions, and close-out reporting.
  • Manage contractors, obtaining necessary documentation and induction requirements.
  • Collate site documentation, including plans, briefs, safety documents, and inductions.
  • Coordinate updates with senior project managers and internal teams.
  • Maintain software and tools to provide transparency and regular communications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying patterns and proposing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within construction or a similar field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
