About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations and coordinate activities of our Quality Teaching & Learning unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations and coordination of activities of the unit
  • Coordination of emerging projects
  • Supporting network activities and other professional development activities
  • Development and maintenance of resources and materials for teaching and learning
  • Assessment of program needs and consultation regarding project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education, Adult and Vocational Education or similar field with a TESOL major or equivalent
  • Current Certificate IV TAE
  • Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating projects of various sizes and complexity
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels, both autonomously and co-operatively in a team environment
  • Thorough knowledge of English language and literacy curricula
  • Able to use, adapt, adopt and evaluate learning technologies
  • Positive values of integrity, reliability, teamwork and professionalism
