We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the launch of our newest store in Geraldton, Western Australia. As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and lead our new store, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Recruit, coach, and develop a talented team, providing opportunities for growth and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of company goals
- Be the face of 7-Eleven in the local community, representing our brand values and standards
