Launch something big.We're bringing 7-Eleven to Geraldton, WA — and this is your chance to lead the launch of our very first store in the region, opening late October to early November 2025.We're on the hunt for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our brand-new corporate-owned store and make it a local favourite from the very first Slurpee poured.If you've got leadership energy to burn and love the buzz of retail, this is your moment.What you'll own (and totally rock):Launch and lead our first Geraldton store — build the culture from the ground upDeliver a next-level customer experienceRecruit, coach, and develop a high-performing teamDrive results in safety, sales, and operational excellenceBe the go-to leader and face of 7-Eleven in the local communityWhat we offer you
$73,537 base salary + 12% Superannuation + Bonus eligibilityHave your say in the roster + extra days off for working public holidaysPaid training experience (inc.
