Job Title: Chief Aged Care Officer

The role of Chief Aged Care Officer is pivotal to the success of our organization. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the provision of aged care services delivered by us, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care for all older people.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategic direction and governance of clinical and care standards, compliance, and accreditation.
  • Lead and manage workforce, human resources, and organisational development across multiple sites and teams.
  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders and the community, promoting consumer-centred care and resident rights.
  • IDentify and mitigate risks and emergency preparedness in aged care operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Executive leadership experience in aged care, health, or human services with a proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong operational and financial management acumen, driving efficient service delivery and achieving financial targets while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage resources and lead teams through complex change in alignment with Aged Care reforms.
