Job Overview:

The Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient services. This position requires an experienced and skilled nurse to oversee the clinical and operational aspects of the Day Surgery Ward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the efficient and effective management of quality patient services through strategic resource allocation.
  • Oversee the Day Surgery Ward, ensuring exceptional patient care and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance patient outcomes, streamline processes, and boost team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
