Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of meaningful tasks across several vehicle makes and models, from general maintenance and repair tasks to major engine component rebuilds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on heavy vehicles
  • Contribute to the diagnosis and repair of major engine components
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced workshop environment
Qualifications and Experience
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleets
  • Current MR licence (HR licence or above preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with diagnostics via computer-controlled systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
