Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Vehicle Fleet Manager to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards and customer requirements are met across our growing fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling repair and maintenance activities for existing fleet and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative and commercial standards.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address operational requirements and contingencies.
  • Managing repair and maintenance budgets for equipment.
  • Developing and managing replacement plans for existing equipment.
  • Preparing business cases for new equipment approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in a similar role at a management or supervisory level.
  • High-level CMMS understanding.
  • Mechanical trade qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • High level of technical knowledge and understanding of heavy vehicle componentry.
