**Job Description**: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Support Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing diaries, travel bookings, expenses, and inboxes with precision and foresight. You will also draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and handle document production to ensure seamless legal and personal assistant support.

  • Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and handle document production
  • Support matter administration, client onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with billing, reporting, and financial administration using Aderant
  • Collaborate on client-facing materials and business development activities
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive team culture
  • Assist across APAC offices to ensure seamless coverage and support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 3-6 years' experience in a Legal PA role
  • Experience supporting Partners within a busy practice
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and a keen understanding of technology
  • A proactive mindset and confidence to use your initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to work in the office full-time
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous billing experience with a familiarity with practice management systems like Aderant, iTimeKeep, and Emburse
