In this role, you will drive revenue, secure new opportunities, and position our resorts as premier destinations for golf and sporting groups.

  • Grow the Golf & Sporting Groups segment through proactive sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage key accounts across golf, sports clubs, schools, and leisure travel.
  • Collaborate with resort teams to optimise group bookings and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Represent the resorts at tournaments, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and deliver revenue targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to target golf and sporting groups.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years' sales experience in the golf industry with strong market knowledge.
  • Proven record in revenue growth, client acquisition, and business development.
