About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to lead our design team. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion while staying hands-on with documentation in Revit.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a Landscape Architect, strong design and documentation skills, and proficiency in Revit.

  • Lead and manage diverse projects end-to-end, from concept through to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal design disciplines
  • Stay hands-on with project documentation in Revit, supported by other Landscape Architects, Graduates, and Technicians
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members
  • Deliver high-quality design outcomes across education, community, and urban sectors

About You
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
  • Excellent project management, client liaison, and coordination skills
  • Comfortable leading projects while remaining hands-on in design
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and suited to a small team within a larger firm
  • Passionate about creating functional, sustainable, and meaningful spaces
