We are seeking an experienced Design Visionary to lead our creative team and shape the future of product design.

In this role, you will oversee a small team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop clear, user-friendly designs that meet business objectives and delight users.

You will bring your expertise in user-centered design, product thinking, and end-to-end problem-solving to deliver top-notch design work.

  1. Mentor junior designers, promoting a collaborative and innovative design culture by offering constructive feedback, conducting regular design reviews, and supporting the professional growth of the broader team.
  2. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.
  3. Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and consistent results.
  4. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions. Demonstrate a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods to conduct user testing and validate hypotheses.

  6. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
