About The Role

We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. Join a high-performing team within our Mid Risk Assets and UK division, where you'll contribute to the strategic management of the global real estate investment portfolio.

As a Portfolio Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of real estate investment strategies, manage high-value portfolios, and represent us externally. As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you'll support strategy execution through research, analysis, and insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to investment decisions.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics
  • Experience in investment management, with a strong understanding of real estate markets
  • Confidence navigating legislation, regulations, market trends, and emerging issues
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, using data to drive strategic and creative thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural collaboration skills, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes
  • Experience reviewing legal documents and applying valuation principles
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and familiarity with international investment markets
