Strategic Investment Leadership Position

About the Job

As a Strategic Investment Leadership position, you will lead a high-performing team at the heart of our investment finance strategy, driving informed decision-making through clear insights and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape our investment finance approach and transform expense management strategies
  • Develop and implement robust financial control frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee end-to-end investment portfolio and expense management, including reporting, forecasting, analytics, and strategic insights
  • Lead a centre of excellence in ESP Investment team, supporting teams with expertise in finance systems and tools
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the investment lifecycle and financial control frameworks
  • Proven experience leading finance teams, including offshore capability
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Expertise in financial process improvement, automation, and transformation
  • Proficiency with finance systems and tools (e.g. TM1, GL, Planview)
