Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee property analysis, land acquisition, and sales to align with strategic plans.
  • Coordinate land subdivision and amalgamation processes, ensuring timely due diligence, subdivisions, and settlements.
  • Develop and manage property business cases, purchase options, sale contracts, payments, approvals, and land transfers.
  • Provide expert property advice to stakeholders and participate in regulatory committees.
  • Lead the leasing process, including expression of interest programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams regarding lease matters.
  • Support property administration activities, including transaction records, lease agreements, and legal documentation.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, surveying, or related fields.
  • Strong portfolio management skills.
  • Knowledge of legal leases, land procedures, and contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in report writing and presenting recommendations.
