Real Estate Investment Fund Modelling Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a leading property investment and funds management project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's custom-built fund model, collaborating closely with the Investment Manager and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain the company's Excel-based fund model, ensuring its accuracy and evolution.
  • Review and improve investment models across a portfolio of property funds.
  • Analyse financial impacts of project activities and present findings to the Investment Manager and leadership team.
  • Prepare, review, and enhance development feasibilities and other financial models.
  • Understand and manage capital stacks, including debt and equity interaction across multiple projects.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in funds management, property investment, development, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills with technical expertise in financial modelling and development feasibilities.
  • Solid understanding of fund structures, capital stacks, and debt and equity relationships.
  • Experience with Estate Master or similar software (highly regarded but not essential).
