Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Construction & Earthmoving Trainer and Assessor to deliver engaging training services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthmoving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including lesson plans and assessments
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to achieve training goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry experience and certifications, such as TAE40122 Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required
