The role of Senior Contract Administrator is critical in ensuring the seamless execution and performance of intricate contract agreements across capital projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage contract administration and technical support for the organization.
  • Develop and implement robust systems and processes for efficient contract management and contractor oversight.
  • Provide expert advice on contract administration to contract managers and other administrators.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of business activities.
  • Analyze contract performance data to generate regular reports for leaders, highlighting expenditure and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, finance, and procurement, to ensure alignment between contractual requirements and operational delivery.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Contract Administration/Management within an infrastructure or construction project environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing capital works contract agreements.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of probity and conflict-of-interest principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, or a relevant field is highly regarded.
