**About the Role**The Alternatives portfolio is seeking a seasoned professional to provide senior support to the Head of Alternatives in developing and implementing the Fund's Alternatives strategy.This key role involves collaborating with the Head of Alternatives to develop strategic insights, contributing to the ongoing optimization of the portfolio, and fostering strong relationships with external networks.As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the team to leverage insights from managers and other external partners, facilitating strategic views for the total portfolio.**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide senior support to the Head of Alternatives in the development and implementation of the Fund's Alternatives strategy.
  • Develop strategic insights and contribute to the continued optimization of the portfolio.
  • Develop and harness insights from external networks to facilitate and support the formation of strategic views for the total portfolio.
**Requirements**
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with sound commercial judgment.
  • Curiosity and ability to actively engage in deep research efforts.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in alternatives investing, as well as an interest in trends and opportunities in the external environment.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other business units in the organization.
  • Degree in finance or similar, as well as postgraduate studies.
  • CFA or actuarial qualification advantageous.
