About the Role
The Supreme Court of Victoria is seeking a legally qualified individual to join their team as an Associate to a Judicial Registrar. As a key member of the court's administration, the successful candidate will provide high-level legal support and administrative services to the Judicial Registrar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal research and drafting services to support the Judicial Registrar's work
- Manage the Judicial Registrar's diary and coordinate court schedules
- Liaise with court staff, practitioners, and members of the public to ensure smooth court operations
- Assist with electronic document management and case management
- Support the Judicial Registrar in court proceedings, including virtually
About You
The ideal candidate will be a legally qualified individual with strong legal research skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Post-admission experience is preferred, but not essential.
