Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Payroll implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining payroll components, including wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers, and reporting.

You will also be responsible for integrating payroll with other systems, configuring UI mashups, and managing payroll workstreams to contribute to the overall project success.

In addition, you will have experience in handling incidents, error analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Your strong executive presence and ability to interact with customer top management will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale payroll implementations using SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Configure and maintain payroll components, including wage types and benefits integration
  • Integrate payroll with other systems, including UI mashups
  • Manage payroll workstreams to ensure project success
  • Handle incidents, error analysis, and problem-solving

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and Employee Central module experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
