Product Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
IGT is seeking an experienced Product Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a Product Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services comply with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of jurisdictional gaming requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve internal efficiencies and industry acceptance.
- Represent Compliance in new product and regulatory implementations, and present compliance products and concepts to test labs and key gaming regulators in the APAC region.
- Own internal control systems and work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance at all times, identify risks or issues, and evaluate and improve them continuously.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the research, monitoring, analysis, interpretation, and summarization of jurisdictional gaming requirements that govern products and associated processes across nominated regulated markets.
- Work internally with new product projects to develop a regional plan for each jurisdiction in the APAC region.
- Ensure that regulatory requirements are worked with the business to achieve mutually understood delivery of product and/or service quality.
- Identify potential jurisdictional synergies or limitations, any known mitigations, and ensure internal awareness across key stakeholders.
- Assess product design and implementation at strategic points during the development cycle to key jurisdictional requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with emphasis in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or technology.
- Strong interaction, negotiation, and organizational skills, ability to manage time and work independently.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with the keen aptitude to distill complex findings into simple, actionable insights or recommendations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with a diverse range of people with regards to regulations, jurisdictions, and submissions.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of regulated-gaming experience preferred.
- 2+ years of project or team-led experience, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration.
