Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Analyst to join our team at IGT. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with jurisdictional requirements across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of jurisdictional gaming requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and implement regional plans for each jurisdiction in the APAC region to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Present compliance products and concepts to key stakeholders, including test labs and gaming regulators, to drive industry acceptance and internal efficiencies.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of internal control systems to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, mathematics, computer science, or technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulated gaming, with a strong understanding of jurisdictional requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
