About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled ICT Services Officer to join our Digital, Data and Technology Solutions team at the Australian Capital Territory. As an ICT Services Officer, you will play a key role in navigating and promoting the ICT services provided by our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ICT projects and change activities to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions.
  • Analyse new digital initiatives and business problems from customers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other ICT specialists to provide expert advice to business users and stakeholders.
  • Engage with business teams to analyse application issues and provide resolution using established frameworks.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver minor ICT projects and complex ICT changes.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse business problems and identify solutions.
  • Self-management and prioritization skills to effectively manage tasks and escalate issues when needed.
  • A current ACT Government CMTEDD baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one.
