Job Responsibilities

Identify, interpret, and implement global and market trends to drive sales through great-looking products. This involves effective communication (visual and verbal) and high-level presentation skills.

  • Create original, commercial, customer-focused product ranges including print and pattern/graphic design that best reflects the brand's 'handwriting' to grow incremental sales.
  • Develop desirable and affordable products that are unique to the external market.
  • Have a thorough understanding of product materials and construction.
  • Develop commercial products within the cost structure that are fit for purpose.
Requirements

Experience in designing across Women's and Men's footwear is essential.

You should be commercially minded and customer focused with an open, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.

Prior experience in trend forecasting, ranging, and product development is required.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, and CAD software is necessary.

Advanced use of relevant tools, including GBSS and Cebtric, is expected.

Technical skills related to product development, including fabric, materials, and construction knowledge, are required.

Ability to create accurate technical specification drawings is crucial.

Strong influencing skills with key stakeholders and ability to visually and verbally sell commercial design concepts are essential.

High level of aesthetic taste displayed in relation to colour, composition, materials, coordination, and execution is expected.
