Job Role

A senior product designer is sought after to lead the design of merchant services products.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in visual design and user interactions, with a strong ability to independently perform essential capabilities required in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user/customer research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop prototypes to communicate, test and validate design concepts.
  • Apply inclusive design principles to create accessible products and services.
  • Contribute to and use the NAB design system for consistency and efficiency.
  • Communicate and present design insights and ideas to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Senior - lead level of experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer.
  • Experience in finance or service industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of the design process, experience design methodologies and principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile and using agile tools and methods.
  • Ability to work independently and coach junior team members.
