Job Title: Admissions Team MemberWe are seeking a skilled Admissions Team Member to join our team.This role involves providing exceptional customer service by welcoming and greeting guests, delivering accurate processing of season pass bands and tickets, and assisting guests with educating and informing them on all products and services.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and have a positive and professional attitude.About the Role
  • Provide customer service delivery at Season Pass Centre, Ticketing Booth, Front entry Pods.
  • Ensure all guests flow through the front entry as efficiently as possible to maintain the highest quality guest service throughout the admission process.
  • Collect correct admission fees from all guests and issue passes accordingly to maintain the highest quality guest experience and maximize revenue.
  • Assist guests at main gates to scan their bands and tickets correctly and ensure that all guests entering have a valid code.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current ticketing options both in-park and online and distribute promotional materials as required.
  • Restock ticket booth and turnstile areas at the end of each shift to prepare for the following day.
  • Support other areas associated with this role, including the upgrade booth and annual pass processing, to ensure these areas operate as efficiently as possible.
  • Initiate service interactions with all guests.
  • Handle locker inquiries.
  • Maintain strong park knowledge.
  • Keep offices and desks clean and clutter-free.
  • Perform stock control activities as directed.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Able to interact professionally and positively.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Working Conditions

This is a casual position from October to April, working flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays during the season. The hourly rate is based on the Amusement, Events, and Recreation Award.
