Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and assisting Sales Representatives with queries.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Assist Sales Representatives with customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Product Specialists and Product Managers to ensure seamless communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular outbound sales calls and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry skills using Windows Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple touchpoints
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer queries
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service role
  • Strong customer service focus and can-do attitude
  • Accurate data entry skills and basic understanding of Windows Programs
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
