Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with their home furnishing needs, including kitchens, living rooms, storage, and wardrobes.
  • Use our 3D rendering software to help customers design their dream homes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and stocked.
  • Assemble products according to proper instructions to ensure complete functionality.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and other departments to promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay knowledgeable about in-store specials, delivery options, product features, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Possess a calm and confident approach, along with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Be proficient in computer skills and able to learn about our technical aspects.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage own tasks.
  • Have a safety mindset and be comfortable with physical work and manual handling.
