Role Overview

The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating outstanding customer experiences through thoughtful marketing initiatives and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Execution: Plan and implement the local execution of the digital strategy across multiple channels, delivering customer-focused content across owned, earned, and paid channels, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign and Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging events and activations that enhance the customer experience, ensuring all events are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the annual Marketing income and expense budget.
  • Agency & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with agencies and external suppliers to deliver quality creative assets, event services, and marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Customer Insights: Understand customer needs by leveraging insights analysis, listening tools, and data research to inform marketing strategies and event planning.
