Ambassador of Global Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished individual to serve as a Business Partner for our international teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, expertise, and support to various business units within the organization.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving employee engagement, implementing effective solutions, and managing complex organizational change efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of employment policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance across the organization
  • Collaborate with leaders to provide expert advice on organizational design and effective solutions
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring balanced people and business outcomes
  • Conduct onboarding and off-boarding processes for international employees
Requirements:
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills and experience in China-mainland employment practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
