Project Engineer - Urban Development and Infrastructure

Unlock a career-defining opportunity to lead urban development and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the delivery of high-level advice, stakeholder management, and problem-solving expertise to all project stakeholders.

  • Job Description:
  • Manage major infrastructure projects from inception to handover phase, with a focus on water infrastructure projects;
  • Program and schedule projects;
  • Prepare tender documentation and manage post-tender responsibilities;
  • Coordinate design from concept to delivery;
  • Consult with clients and manage project delivery responsibility;
  • Interface with stakeholders and consultancies; and
  • Report regularly on project progress, cost control, budget status, variations, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, with post-graduate engineering qualifications advantageous;
  • Experience working on significant projects, ideally with values over $50 million;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management or experience in this area beneficial;
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure.
