Vocational Training Officer Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement vocational training programs that cater to the needs of offenders.

  • Design and deliver training programs to equip offenders with essential skills for rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
  • Provide assessment services to support offenders in their journey towards rehabilitation and employment.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on training program outcomes to inform future improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of training programs.

To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant tertiary qualification, experience in training and development, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
