Job Title: Front Of House Staff

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house team as casual bar and wait staff.

The role involves serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area, and delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

  • Serving food and beverages to customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and collecting glasses and plates.
  • Setting up rooms for events, which involves moving tables and chairs, arranging crockery and cutlery, and tending to the function bar.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and some public holidays.
  • An enthusiastic and energetic approach to your work.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • High personal grooming standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A valid RSA Certificate.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in event and function services would be advantageous.
  • Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and a positive work attitude above all else.
